As you can see from these pictures the students enjoyed a Valentine snack while giving out their Valentines!  Thank you class parents for the treats!

We also had a great time on the 100th day!  Lots of STEAM projects to show what 100 is.  In these pictures, students predicted what 100 drops of water would look like and then they did it.  Boy were they surprised!!

Happy New Year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR! Can you believe it is 2018?  This year is going to fast!  2nd graders are busy finishing up and sharing the books they wrote.  They are very proud of their work and they did a terrific job on them!  Thank you to Mrs. Fallon for publishing them for us.  We will be starting a new unit in writing and continue reading non fiction books in January.
Thank you again for all of your support!

February had been FILLED with fun and exciting activities.  Students have been taking part in a Flat Stanley exchange, they have made WONDERFUL projects about presidents and are currently working on landmark slideshows just to name a few!  We enjoy taking our monthly walks to the Beach Haven public library, 2nd graders LOVE to read.  We have been making great progress this month and it saddens me to see the school year flying by so fast!
